Originating from the vibrant shores of Maui, Hawaii, my formative years were immersed in the rhythm of the ocean—surfing and paddling canoes. The term "Nalu," resonating with the essence of waves in Hawaiian, evokes nostalgic reflections on my childhood and profoundly shapes my life philosophy.
Steering the drive behind my passion at PT Nalu, my commitment is to curate an unparalleled one-on-one experience for clients.
Armed with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy earned in 2011, my journey extends beyond conventional boundaries.
Specializing in Dry Needling, ASTYM, cupping, visceral manipulation, and neural manipulation, my skill set is finely honed to cater to a spectrum of injury needs.
Every client stepping into PT Nalu is met not only with professional expertise but also with the spirit of someone who intimately understands the ebb and flow of life's challenges.

I grew up in New Jersey and have been passionate about health, wellness, and staying active since a young age. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University.
I have spent most of my career working in the Bay Area, California in the outpatient setting, treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic, post-operative, and neurological conditions. I have particular interests in treating orthopedic and sport related injuries. I have also worked in skilled nursing facilities throughout the years, where I’ve taught patients bed mobility skills, how to walk again and improved balance to decrease fall risk. From my experiences, I am confident in working with ages ranging from school age to geriatric populations.
I truly enjoy what I do in helping people recover, learning how to manage their symptoms, and feeling their best again. My treatment style includes using a mixture of manual therapy, exercise, and other tools catered to a person’s individual needs. It is important to me to treat not only an injury but to treat the body system as a whole in order to restore function and optimize one’s mobility and independence. Together, we can devise a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals!
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, yoga, hiking, outdoor activities, and spending time with family. I am new to Arizona so I am looking forward to exploring different areas and learning new hobbies.
